The PHYSIO-TECH Underwater Treadmill enables the therapist to execute different exercises. By the individual, technical coordination for every single patient can the impact, which has an effect on the animal, be adjusted optimally.
Therapeutic support for:
- preoperative conditioning
- post-operative rehabilitation illness in the muscular and skeletal area (dysplasia, arthritis, paralysis)
- injury of the ligaments, muscles, chords, spinal column
- training against obesity
- endurance and muscle stamina training for performance athletes
The underwater treadmill for humans consists of a glass cubicle containing the treadmill, a water storage reservoir with a medical couch, a water filter system as well as a pipe system with visually appealing covering. The device is operated via a touch screen.

Through the open door the patient enters the therapy cabin and the door is closed. From the reservoir water is pumped into the therapy cabin until the optimum relief for the individual patient is reached. 
Even severely disabled patients can benefit from the training course. They enter the therapy cabin via a mobile lift.
The lift can be automatically removed from the chassis.

The lift can be run automatically into the therapy cabin. The patient can use the arm rests to raise himself up. The seat is folded to the side and the training course begins.
